1.Courier Partners

    We ship through reputed courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of all orders.

2.  Processing Time 

• General Products: Dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation. 
• Special Product Categories (shipped within 7 working days due to custom packaging and processing) : 

      Please note: We are not a quick commerce company. We prioritize quality craftsmanship and careful packing. 

3.Delivery Timelines 

After shipping, delivery may take 2 to 7 business days depending on your location (pincode) and courier partner logistics. 

Delays may occur due to: 

• Remote or hard-to-reach areas
• Weather conditions or public holidays 
• Courier partner constraints beyond our control 

4. Address Accuracy & Modifications 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order placement. 

If you need to change or correct your shipping address, notify us via email at support@station99.in within 4 hours of placing the order. 

Changes requested after this window may not be possible, as processing may already be underway. In such cases, we are not responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery. 

5. Shipment Notification 

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, containing: 

• Tracking ID 
• Courier partner name 
• Estimated delivery window 

6.Missed Deliveries 

If the delivery attempt fails due to: 

• Unavailability of recipient 
• Incorrect address 
• Refusal to accept, 

The courier may reattempt or return the parcel. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer. 

7.International Shipping 

We currently ship only within India. For bulk or custom B2B international orders, please contact us directly.
