At Station99, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is packed with care and undergoes quality checks before shipping. However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged, we are here to help.

1. No Return Policy (Except for Damaged Items) 

   We follow a strict no-return policy for all our products. 

   Returns will only be accepted if: 

   The product is physically damaged during transit, You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof 

   We do not accept returns for: 

  • Change of mind 
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer 
  • Custom/personalized orders
  •  Minor variations in color/design due to photography or lighting.

2. Reporting a Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Email us at support@station99.in within 48 hours of receiving the order. Step 2: Attach clear images or videos showing: 

  • The damaged product 
  • The outer packaging with shipping label visible 

Step 2: Include your order ID and contact number in the email. 

No Exchange will be allowed only replacement will be delivered within 7 – 10 working days.

3.Resolution Process 

Once we verify the damage: 

  • A replacement will be shipped free of cost, if stock is available, If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund or store credit. 

      The final decision on replacement or refund lies with Surarchit Printpack Private Limited after internal review. 

 

4.Refunds (If applicable) 

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. 
  • If the payment was made via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking, the refund timeline depends on your bank’s processing speed. 
  1. Non-Returnable Categories 

Due to the nature of our products, the following are strictly non-returnable: 

  • Customized packaging 
  • Personalized gifts 
  • Limited-edition stationery and art 
  • Items purchased under sale, clearance, or promotions .
